“The product itself seems to be working fine, so far. The installation was simple and the app is easy to use. Shipping took much longer than originally quoted. When I called the company, they told me it was due to the weather. I guess the biggest issue was that the company knew there would be delays but didn't reach out to let me know. I had to contact them on two different occasions to get updates. The customer service could have been better.”
“Purchased 1000 watt and 500 watt smart heaters.The 1000 watt heater is performing well, but the 500 watt heater isn't able to reach the desired temp in my home office. I now understand the size of my office requires the 1000 watt model. The mistaken purchase is on me as I didn't properly review square footage.”

Only criticism would be the temperature display appears to be cutoff very slightly on the bottom, but you can still see everything just fine.”

“You ever have a situation you thought you would never find a solution for? We bought a house that wiring left challenges. Our offices were two small rooms at the very end of our house. The duct work to it were weak and not enough especially on cold days. I could not use a standard heater because it tripped breakers. We both had wall heaters but if both were on at the same time it would trip a different breaker. So I let my partner use his and I just used a blanket. When I found this product I was over joyed and so hopeful. I love being able to schedule by day the temp and off time. Now my partner wants one too because it is really doing a nice job in my small 9x12 sloped sealing work space here in the middle of Michigan which can get pretty chilling! The safety features give me peace of mind. The app is easy to use and we installed it super quick. All in all I highly recommend for small offices such as mine. Problem solved!”

I only have a curtain dividing my room to the rest of my tiny house and I have no problem. I like that it's easy to operate. Front panel does not get hot to the touch. I installed mine by the bed and it doesn't even heat up the bedspread. Easy install, did it myself and I I'm a 68 year old female. Love the product and I recommend it. I have not received the electric bill yet so I can not tell you how much electricity it uses.”

“This heater has been a great solution to my cold bathroom in the winter. I can set the timer to warm it up and then cool back down after I leave. I like the night light feature. I have been unable to set the lock with the alan wrench so far. I tried to start the screw before I hung it on the wall but could not do it by myself. It is otherwise, doing exactly what was advertised. It was shipped quickly and received in good shape and I was able to do the mounting and bluetooth set up myself.”
