This purchase was made to supplement the minisplit heater. It works very well. Downloading the app was a breeze, but it took a minute to figure out how to get the heater and temperature right.

So far, really good. Haven’t assessed electricity costs yet, but based on the data, looks like it won’t be a significant driver. It heats the passage exceptionally well. Will buy again.

PLEASE design a model without ANY controls that can be a "slave" unit to remote wall thermostat. your existing button and dial system is confusing to our lodging establishment transient users. a number of buttons have broken. thank you.

I think they are good heating source , no noise, blower blowing dust around , its consistent heat

Loved the unit so much I ordered another. Unfortunately it was dead on arrival after waiting a month for it to arrive.The unit looks like it has no sensor clip that needs to be engaged for the unit to operate. The rear panel also says 500 watts but I ordered the 1000 watt unit .. weird. I am confident wheat will make it right. I hate I have had to wait so long. I am ready to just request a refund with on 1 and 1/2 of bad weather remaining. ( I hope)

The heater gets five stars works great pretty easy to install. Your app needs some work difficult to use, needs to be idiot proof for people like me, but your text support by phone was helpful. I looked at the warranty information, it asked for the serial number on the back of the unit which is already mounted to the wall and I'm not taking it down just to get the number. I have a part of my living room that just gets a chill. Between the sliding glass door and the garage, there is always a chill in that area. I bought this to try to mitigate that. Wasn’t expecting it to “heat” the room and I don’t know if it ever will but it definitely does keep the chill at bay which is exactly what I needed. I like the program and timer function so I don’t forget to turn it off and it can preheat before I get home from work. Wall doesn’t get too hot, once less thing to worry about.

I love the new gen 3 model# LE5012P I recently bought 2 to replace my old models. The new heaters have a slanted top that allows the heat to flow away from the wall not straight up the wall, the old models where getting the wall so hot lately that I was afraid to use them above three dots on the dial even at this setting I was not feeling safe using them. I went to your web site to check for recalls & even called customer service to inquire about this condition, that’s when I discovered that the new model gen3’s are made not to exceed 90 degrees output & have the slanted top vent that corrects this problem. I have them installed in my family room that’s the farthest room from my furnace, they raise the temperature in that room to a very comfortable level, no more heavy blankets & excessively hot walls. I bought one from Amazon after. Trying it for several days & bought the next one directly from your company and saved $20.00. I am very satisfied with your heaters & love the cost savings on my electric bill over other types of heaters

I just installed my new envi wall mounted heater. It looks great on the wall however the heater doesn’t turn on. It’s secured to the wall, and the locking screw used for added security. Unfortunately I have to give a poor rating due to it not working. Now I have to contact them during normal business hours to get a new one.

This is my second heater from eheat and this time I purchased the manual 500W heater. This is an excellent heater just like my previous purchase. It looks good on the wall and it's quite economical. I also like the easy heat adjustments and the price makes it very attractive.

I was looking for an alternative to an "in ceiling" combo fan/heater that makes quite a bit of noise. My choices were limited due to floor to ceiling tile work not allowing anything in the wall. I'm not sure how it came up, but the Envi looked like a fix for my issues. I installed the same day I received it and after some modifications to the tile(I bought the hardwired version 500W 120V) it's up and runnng and doing a good job of keeping it habitable(the ceiling is in mid remodel while the bathroom above is also in remodel) so far. I'm sure once the ceiling is insulated and buttoned up it will be very pleasant.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I returned a unit that arrived defective and asked for a refund. It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive my reimbursement after numerous requests. My RMA number 41640DOAE Sincerely, Carl Varner seucony@yahoo.com

easy to instal, takes up little space, light, but you can get just as much heat from cheeper store bought models. waiting on next electerical bill to see about energy efficacy.

These are such great heaters. I really noticed how they kept my rooms at a good temperature when the one in my living room stopped working. And with the plug ins, I was able to move the bedroom one into the living room. And then my bedroom was cold, even with the baseboard heater! I ordered a new one, with more wattage. It fit on the same brackets as the old model, and I am warm again. I love that there is no fan noise. And customer service is great. They will help me with sending the old heater back and will fix it for a reasonable price, and pay for shipping! My only complaint, a minor one, is that the red "on" light does not dim when the room is dark.
