“The item I had wanted was showing Unavailable online. However the website has a Notice to phone the office and they may be able to check incoming stock Got through straight away (none of this call centre craic) and was speaking to Mairead. She was super helpful and got the item ordered straight away, clarified all details professionally and sent all info by email straight away as promised. Would be happy to order from them in the future”

“I contacted Electrocity regarding the wrong colour mixer being received and they were so professional, could not of helped me more, Mairead was so efficient and nothing was a problem, could not recommend enough. Also delivery was so quick, right before Xmas.”
