“First time purchasing from ER and am very satisfied. “Excellent service as always. Boots are cosy and feel comfortable and am looking forward to wearing in the colder weather. Sadly the trousers were a little big so returned. The return was dealt with very quickly. Always a lovely shopping experience with you and love receiving the deliveries!”

“I have been looking for this jacket from Kinross and Elizabeth Rose had it on sale. I was hesitant since I didn't know this store and it's overseas for me but it was well reviewed so I ordered and I'm so glad I did. It was shipped quickly and arrived perfectly and I couldn't be happier with it. I will shop from here again.”
