“It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have been told my prescription was approved. I have not had previous problems however it has not been filled in nearly 2 weeks. I am going on vacation in a week and at this point will not receive my order in time.”

“Delivery was not professional .... the package was found by my son in my backyard, on the patio . The package was thrown over my fence and landed on the patio !!!! ...i was lucky my dogs didn t get it before my son No reason to go in backward. The main doors are by the front of the building where the mail boxes are and the stair to go on the second floor also”

“The Essential Clinic team has been an essential part of my life for several years now. They have essentially provided the proper medication and support needed to provide me with a better quality of life. I find it essential to stay on the program that I am on and have zero desire to quit. Thank you to all the staff behind the scenes that help keep this machine going day after day. I love the entire process of it all being done online with the email reminders then going to the mailbox and lastly popping a pill or two. I never have to worry about being late or missing appt. nor do I have to pay for parking etc. What an essential program!”

Upon reviewing your account, we found that your refill order was not yet processed because the scheduled auto-refill date is set for a week from now. Your account is set up for auto-refills, which means that a 3-month supply of medication is sent to your address every 3 months. Since it has not been 3 months since your last refill, the new order had not been finalized at our pharmacy. Please note that the charge for the medication is not applied to your account until the order is ready to ship.
