Great to have Essential Clinic in Canada. It makes a difference. Coming from Hairguard products to fight the hair loss has been a struggle for over 5 years. Recently got the product and following the application as instructed. Too early to share anything but I definitely have a better vibe about this. Its a medical ingredient and hoping to see some results. A team contacted and went over the information before prescribing and shipping. Thank you

Super quick and easy to get the help you need. Even though you have to pay for a consultation, it beats making an appointment weeks/months ahead of time and having to wait hours in the wait room of a clinic. Your doctors are always available to answer our questions in a safe and confidential space

I replied to an email that was supposed to be a review of my record before my annual prescription gets refilled where I outlined the reasons why I need to pause the medication but I was still charged and sent a refill anyways without a response, did anyone even read the my comments?

Since you had not paused or cancelled your subscription, or informed us that you did not want the renewal processed, we did not feel it was right to make this decision for you. However, as you have now let us know that you do not wish to proceed with a refill, we have paused your subscription and informed the pharmacy not to create a refill order for you. Rest assured, you will not be charged for a refill until you confirm you are ready to proceed.
