“Great to have Essential Clinic in Canada. It makes a difference. Coming from Hairguard products to fight the hair loss has been a struggle for over 5 years. Recently got the product and following the application as instructed. Too early to share anything but I definitely have a better vibe about this. Its a medical ingredient and hoping to see some results. A team contacted and went over the information before prescribing and shipping. Thank you”

“I replied to an email that was supposed to be a review of my record before my annual prescription gets refilled where I outlined the reasons why I need to pause the medication but I was still charged and sent a refill anyways without a response, did anyone even read the my comments?”

Since you had not paused or cancelled your subscription, or informed us that you did not want the renewal processed, we did not feel it was right to make this decision for you.
