Deliveries are on time, but the price increase is stupid considering the fact that I have to pay both a monthly and annual fee.

I replied to an email that was supposed to be a review of my record before my annual prescription gets refilled where I outlined the reasons why I need to pause the medication but I was still charged and sent a refill anyways without a response, did anyone even read the my comments?

Based on your response to the medical update questionnaire, it appears that you had temporarily discontinued medication use but were planning to restart it. Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, it is typically assumed that patients want their prescription renewed when they provide their responses. Since you had not paused or cancelled your subscription, or informed us that you did not want the renewal processed, we did not feel it was right to make this decision for you. However, as you have now let us know that you do not wish to proceed with a refill, we have paused your subscription and informed the pharmacy not to create a refill order for you. Rest assured, you will not be charged for a refill until you confirm you are ready to proceed. Please know that we take the medical health of our patients very seriously and are committed to continuously improving our services. I'm typing this so you can make some changes to the process. I purchased a $39 hair consultation, that's all. I just wanted an expert's guidance on how to move forward. And then they charged me and paid for a 92-day supply of medication. I'd like a refund please.

The check out system is terrible. It is unclear what exactly you are ordering and how much of the product you will get. It needs to be much more itemized. And “subscription” should be monthly payments or payments every time a new bottle of the product is shipped. Not a lump sum all at once. None of this was made clear in the checkout process.

If the clinician approves your 1-year prescription, you will be charged for a 3-month supply of the requested medication, not the entire 1-year supply. This is also indicated on the checkout page.
