“I received the product I didn't order and my credit card was charged. It's just because the autofill was on without me knowing. I asked why it happened but I didn't receive a satisfactory answer. They responded but never gave me an answer to my question.”

After reviewing your account, we found that you were informed about the renewal of your 1-year prescription on January 8th. As you had been issued a 1-year prescription for two medications in 2024, the clinician reissued the same prescription on January 8th based on your file and responses. Since there was no prior communication regarding the removal of one of the medications, it was included in your prescription, and the order was processed accordingly at our partner pharmacy. Kindly note that auto-refills are enabled by default unless you request otherwise or pause your subscription via the subscription settings link on our website. However, as we greatly value your satisfaction and as you have been a long-time patient with Essential Clinic, we would be happy to provide you with a refund for this item. You can expect to see a refund in your bank statement within the next few days. “I found the advertisements to be somewhat misleading, it boasts about convenience but it gives no suggestion as to the long-term round time from first signing up to receiving medication. The main purpose of trying it was to quickly get what I was looking for, this was simply not the case and it is almost easier for me to book an appointment with my doctor and pick up something in stock at the local pharmacy that would automatically charge my coverage. There's no convenience in having to manually charge to my coverage which is what I would have to do anytime ordering Essential Clinic.”

“Mon expérience comme patient a été excellente du point de vue communication avec votre équipe et l’expédition du médicament a été rapide. J’ai donné une évaluation de 4 étoiles juste à cause que je ne suis pas du tout satisfait du résultat espéré du médicament. Je n’ai eu aucun effet notable , je dirais même un effet complètement nul, à part de légers maux de tête , et une rougeur du visage qui ont duré à peu près une heure de temps après avoir pris une pilule. Pour ces raisons j’ai décidé de ne plus prendre ces comprimés. Malgré que je ne suis pas satisfait des résultats de cette molécule générique, je tient à vous remercier quand même de votre accompagnement. Merci à vous tous”

“The product I tried was not strong eneogh for my needs. I will have to try something else but I certainly will not be ordering 3 months until I try a one month trial. I don't see you as a supplier of this type of trial as you default to the three month amount.”
