“I made a slight modification to my original order without any problems. The customer service was very good. I have a laptop with good specifications at a good price. The delivery was very quick. No gripes whatsoever.”

“I was happy with the computer and it met all the specs that I asked for. My problems are not with Estripe but I should have ordered more fans and more memory which I didn't do to save money. The computer is great and I am enjoying it very much. DPD lost my package and it arrived a day late which caused me anxiety. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase”

“Windows was installed weirdly and caused problems when trying to do a fresh install, the front headphone jack works for audio but not microphone. i have not yet fixed the issue but i will be in contact with someone at somepoint but overall amazing product would 100% purchase from estripe again.”

“To swap a ram and hard drive a week before "production" has started... When production starts it can take another 3 wks phoned up Number 18 over an hr waiting this time Number 16 just to cancel I could have bought rig and upgrades and using by now ....”

“My last Estripe computer they built for me in 2019 was still going strong but just could not cope with our recent full fibre broadband upgrade, so we bought again from Estripe. A better spec PC at less than we paid 4 years ago.”

“This is my 2nd purchase from Estripe. Very easy to order, they were a bit long winded to answer the call that I had prior to ordering, but once the order was in it was all straight forward and the PC All in One arrived when they promised I will certainly order from them again Well done Estripe”

“Wrong power cable sent (US) and two of the feet from case where broken (in transit) I fear.......will not be using you ever again and will not be telling my friends and relations to use this company”

“This was my second time buying from Estripe, this time a desktop rather than a laptop. Very happy with my computer, and customer service was very prompt at replying to email queries. The computer came carefully packed and had no issues setting it up.”

“Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. Estripe did replace the laptop but the second laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.”

“I ordered a new pc from them as mine was becoming out dated. Had the pc built to my specification with help from there web site. And through out the build and testing i was informed on a regular basis. On delivery it was very well packed with everything in good order.”

“Price is actually not the problem - the delivery of a non-performing PC is the issue. Customer service is non-existent, and they like to avoid being told the truth. Avoid them like the plague”
