“Ordering a pc was easy and helpful comments if you tried to order a modification to configuration which wouldn't work. Very prompt build and delivery. The only issue was that PC wouldn't start, had to open case and push some connections into place. Works well now - hence 4 stars”

“This is the third time I have purchased a PC from Estripe; like the choice on offer, the easy to navigate website, the no-pressure ordering service and clear pricing. Why purchase an 'off-the-shelf' high street package when you can purchase a computer built exactly as you want it with the Estripe website guiding you to compatible components? It is a no-brainer, and prices are competitive too.”

“Second time using Estripe first time was for a pc and this time was for a gaming laptop and all I can say is both times it’s been amazing. Really good quality and care is taken to provide you with what you want. Will definitely be getting more from Estripe.”

“Had a look at different integrated PC's and found the ability to custom build with Estripe second to none. From selecting kit to delivery, expert friendly communications which keeps the customer in the loop all the way. 5***** I wouldn't order a PC from another company as these are the best. Highly recommend.”

“This is the third PC I've bought from Estripe over the last 5 years. Still can't fault them on the build. Communication is perfectly fine, the forums that go with their site really help dig into a build with community members, and overall I feel like I get great value for money”

“Fast build time and delivered exactly on the day I was expecting it - all in good order. System is exctly as advertised and I received regular updates from when I placed the order to receiving it - even photos were emailed to me when the system went through the testing stage and I appreciated this very much. The website was easy to use and placing my order was straightforward. Would deffinetly recommend!”

“quick and easy to place my order unfortunately the pc was very buggy when it arrived and the only solution i had left after days of trying to figure it out was to reset everything to factory settings”

“Unfortunately the laptop did not work properly when I first started using it - blue screen of death appearing - and it had to be returned. I received it back after a an incompatible component was replaced. It is now the best computer I have owned.”

“I recently purchased a custom laptop and I'm extremely happy with my experience at Estripe. The product is great, reasonably priced and delivery was faster than expected. The box it came in had plenty of protection to avoid damages in transit. It was easy to customise and the website offered an easy to use chat system for any questions I had. There was a slight issue with a part from an external cooling system I purchased with the laptop, but this was resolved fairly quickly and the customer service representative was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend”

“Quick turn around on two custom laptops. Seems bizarre that they have started sending out laptops without Windows 10 Pro licensed. This seems to be a new thing I think since Windows 11 has been released. Means a little more configuring once we receive the machine. We have previously had repairs carried out on previous orders and the turn around on repairs is much slower than on new orders. This may have been resolved now though as we have not needed a repair for quite a while. Generally a good build and would use again.”
