“The website is rather confusing as there is no site a list of all options. Options for CPU, GPU etc based on if select Custom PC or Overclocked PC etc. Ordering was very simple. I was kept updated on progress via email which I really appreciate. Once PC was received, it was a simple few mins to get it up and running.”

“I have to say that the experience has been very positive so far. The PC was dispatched quickly and arrived in good conditions. One of the RAM sticks was faulty and I was sent a replacement within a few days. Definitely recommend.”

“Good website, easy to build a PC and excellent advice pre order, both email and on the phone. My PC though didn't have all the features I specified in the build, eg monitor ports & card readers, but I have got around that with extra cables etc. Also it wasn't easy to order extra peripherals online eg screens as the website is intended mainly for computers.”

“I wanted a case they didn't supply - which could naturally be problematic. It wasn't. They called me twice in production to ask my requests and they then worked out how best to fit it. Great due diligence and great customer service resulted in a stunning (now wall-mounted) PC.”

“Great experience from ordering to delivery. Advice from sales staff was very helpful in configuring the right PC for my needs. It was great to have updates right the way through the build from order, where it was in production, through to a "sneak peek" before it went into testing and the much anticipated arrival. The build time was remarkably quick and the machine is a delight to use, perfect for my graphics work and handles large databases with ease. Who knows, maybe I'll try a bit of gaming! “First time buying from Estripe as an avid pc gamer. Process of selecting a customised PC was easy, there was constant communication and it was easy to view progress of the build. You even get to see a picture of your pc assembled! Highly recommend, have had no issues with my pc.”

“I had a little niggle with the cable layout. I installed my own GPU, and selected the box saying I would do so. However I had to re-route a cable and move the corsair fan controller to get power to the GPU. One fan in a set of 3 is also mounted 90 degrees out, so the colored wave mode doesn’t work properly across the 3 fans. Problems easily fixed, very happy with purchase.”

“Looks amazing but the cooler is hanging and not straight, the pc keeps randomly turning off and I have to turn it off by the main power switch and back on wait 10 secs kinda thing and then it works, had the pc under a month so not very happy but apart from that everything looks ok oh and I can’t change colour of the RGB fans either”
