“Requirement for a very high performance workstation for R&D activities at an SME. Configuration process was very easy. No qualms about paying by pro rata invoice. The 360 degree build photos sent to us before dispatch were a very nice touch too. Delivery was hassle-free. The computer itself was very expensive due to its spec but still competitively priced compared to OEM and self-build options. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Without having to interact with any obvious humans (a thing I hate doing) the site helped guide me through putting together my new machine in a very user-friendly manner. It clearly showed what step in the build/test/delivery cycle it was in at all times. And finally, most importantly, my new machine arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, and is working without any hitches.”

“I have bought several custom laptops and desktops from Estripe over the years, the quality of their products and services is second to none. A huge range of options in a clear and easy to use site. Great support and setup options and very quick to both build and deliver. I chose the accelerated build option and had a custom laptop in my hands a few days after ordering. Very highly recommended.”

“The process was simple from start to finish! There's no chance of choosing incompatible parts when customizing your PC. Updates were given regularly during the building process and timescales were clearly communicated. When my PC arrived I just had to plug it in and I was off! The PC was exactly as described. It was packaged well and there was no damage. Instructions for setting it up were easy to understand. Super happy with the experience and my new PC!”

“Very pleased with my new PC the ordering process was easy and there have been regular updates as the custom PC goes through the various build and testing phases. While I have a hardware IT background and have built most of my PCs in the past I have been caught out so many times with compatibility issues that I thought this time I would go to a builder. It’s all been great so far.”

“My PC arrived, and after a couple hours of usage, i noticed issues. The RGB or the RAM was freezing, then the cooler, and it locked up my whole PC and had to shut down. This is happening both during games and on basic tasks. I've followed all the tests you have suggested. Still not working. I have been advised to put in for an RMA, which i am currently trying to do but everytime i hit submit it just moves the page up and does nothing so i cant even do that right now. From the moment my PC arrived i have had nothing but problems.”

“The pc came fast and is what I asked for. Had a couple of issues in regards to setting up drivers and software, which would’ve been nice to have more information from getting the pc for the startup process, however when I contacted support I’ve had a great response and remote help! Would 100% recommend for novices, but maybe call before you get a computer for help building one that you need.”

“This was my first time ordering from Estripe. I paid extra for both a 3-day build time and a Saturday delivery. The 3-day build time wasn't guaranteed and this was made clear at the point of order. My order was ready in 3 days, but just after the cut-off time so it never shipped on the Friday for my Saturday delivery. I expected a refund for the Saturday delivery but they also refunded me for the 3-day build, too. I can't argue with that service. Delivery was rearranged for a day convenient for me and it turned up exactly when it was supposed to. The PC is great, very happy with it so far. I would 100% recommend Estripe and will use them again.”

“Excellent custom build website, followed by regular updates and an efficient delivery service. Key element was that the product was beautifully packaged enabling a stress free journey to Canada where once set-up (very easily) the computer works perfectly. Nice work team!”

“It's quite a novel advantage to be able to spec your own machine. Having the quote for what I wanted I could seach for comparable machines and compare prices. I couldn't find anything that was close for the money. Estripe built my business computer several years ago as well as this new laptop and I'm very happy with both.”
