“I have used this company for 3 years plus and have no hesitation but to recommend it for their build of excellent machines that you cannot just buy at the stores … my experience of the staff to understand your requirements are second to none 10/10 for quality and after sales services”

“Great experience! Quick build time, frequent updates throughout including pictures and a 360 view of my new pc. Delivery was quick and on time and there was a nice touch with a few emails explaining pc set up specific to my build.”

“My first pc from estripe lasted 2.5 years then motherboard failed just outside of warranty. They would not repair but said they’d slightly improve warranty if i bought a replacement. I have hought a second pc from them as i like the idea of customization without having to do build myself. However worried by build quality - usb sockets at back move inwards when you insert a cable etc. I guess time will tell but i think the future may be a mainstream pc manufacturer. The online experience was ok - took 12 days one day longer than estimated but seemed to get stuck at certain points of the manufacturing process without explanation. Had to call them up to get it moving again. All a bit of a pain.”

“Great Pc, works amazing and good cable management. Couldn’t have done it without them. PC did arrive over 15 working days after order when at the time departure time for PCs was at 7 days. Other than that, no issues.”

“Very happy with the PC, performs very well and will be able to do everything I need for a good number of years. The only reason for 4 stars is that when I received my PC it was missing part of one of the feet and I had to wait until it was sent out to complete my build”

“My experience has been overall satisfactory. My pc is working perfectly fine, and the delivery was also timely and safe. I had just few troubles with components that, once ordered, were actually not in stock, and for which I was provided with agreed upon alternatives.”

“Motherboard and components have been assembled correctly and neatly, except for a detail. My motherboard's chassis fan 1 was connected to water pump (AIO_PUMP) connector, so it was not detected and controlled by motherboard's fan controller (Q-Fan) and always at full speed.”

“From date of order to delivery it took a month. Product works great & looks great. However I'm more disturbed by the reviews of the companies ability to give an excellent service given the price of the items we are purchasing. Any Warranties are only as good as the companies ability to perform & I'm concerned that the reviews might suggest its not as good as it should be.”

“Due the Pc being built incorrectly you would like me to pay £35 to get it delivered back to you guys due to your error. You will not put a manager on the phone when requested. Matthew Browen if you could get this sorted that would be great. Another member of staff is also ignoring emails. More than happy to leave more reviews for the poor customer service you guys give. Please remember this is your error not the customers yet the customer is paying the price!!”

“I should have written this years ago when I bought my laptop. It's been so long I don't think the chassis is even stocked anymore but my laptop is still powering on 5 years later without an issue beyond ware and tear bearing in mind it get daily - excessive use as an on the go edit machine. Never had an issue with its speed dropping and whenever I have had any queries about RAM upgrades or cleaning EStripe has always been super accommodating years on from my original purchase. I even recommend them to friends one of which has had gorgeous PCs without flaws from them. I'm most happy with the speed and quality control. For my work, I designed a streaming PC with lower range parts to balance what I need as well as accommodate a Black magic PCI-E SDI card but the fact I could really customize my build for my budget has been fantastic for saving money where we needed it.”
