An no money was taken till after delivery. I paid immediately as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

The industrial estate where they are situated and their showroom are far from flashy but we were well looked after and all our questions were answered. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Indeed, we were advised against buying a more expensive limestone fireplace as it would too easily mark. Delivery was on the day we requested and there were no demands for payment. We are delighted with the fireplace which was very easy to fit. We paid when we were totally satisfied. A great little company!”
“I ordered an oak mantel and wanted it to match the rustic oak range from oak furniture land. It was delivered 3 days after order and is a perfect match. Brilliant service. My only gripe was that the heads of the screws provided were too big to fit through the slots on the rear of the mantel but this was easily remedied with a quick trip to buildbase.”
“When I ordered a fire surround package I hadn't realised that the fire was designed to fit into a recess, mine was to fit onto a flat wall. After contacting the company they offered a spacer piece for the fire or to remake the fire surround with a larger rebate to accommodate the fire. We opted for the later and the company promptly made a replacement and collected the original, excellent service!!!”
