“It took over a week for someone to call me to inform me that the item I had purchased was incorrectly showing as available when in fact there was no stock. I was then asked to select an alternative choice. But unfortunately nothing else was suitable for the outfit that I purchased the hat for. I then requested a refund which took a further week to process. Very disappointing Experience and I would be reluctant to recommend your company to friends.”

“I had ordered a pair of Robell trousers which sadly were a little too small. I had intended to return them however due to an unexpected stay in hospital I had gone over the 14 day returns policy. I sent Gemini Woman a message and within minutes a response came back assuring me that I could return them. This I did and ordered another pair and all of this took just a few days. Well done to the team”

“I have been shopping with Gemini for several years now, and always mean to leave a review, then I forget 🙄. They are a brilliant lovely Team at this independent boutique. All clothing is sent out with love and care. The sale items are sold at amasing prices, everything in beautifully made. Even when items look better on their model on the site than it looks on me, they never moan about returns and refunds are porocessed mega swiftly. Thank You Gemini Team.. keep doing what you are doing!! Thank You!”

“Having come across Gemini Woman 30 years ago whist on holiday in Stratford-upon-Avon I have used this shop regularly for online shopping. I have fitted out my wardrobe from Gemini Woman over the years and bought lots of presents for friends. If ever the sizing is wrong it’s been no problem returning. I love this shop.”

“I purchased two jumpers recently. They arrived in lovely condition, although there was a slight product fault with one item. I called and spoke to Clare, who was incredibly helpful and immediately arranged a fair compensatory amount for the fault.
