“Absolutely above and beyond service, I called before ordering to clarify a potential issue with my order (due to the time at which I was ordering) and it was handled effortlessly. Popped in store next day and the store staff where very kind, helped me with the order and made sure the pfds did infact fit before we left. Couldn't resist picking up a little something else too whilst there.”

“We have been to this shop twice and forgot to write a review the first time! They are a small, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable team. When you walk into the shop you are greeted and made to feel very welcome, and they will assist you as much or as little as you want. It’s nice to see such professionalism and as a result they will be my go to for any clothing or equipment I need in the future.”

“Had problems with my retractable skeg on my kayak which I had brought from go kayaking a few years ago. Took it to be looked at by Kieran , he sorted out the problem for me very quickly and was very helpful . Fantastic job and very professional. He also put the kayak back on the roof of our van for us , amazing. Great job and thank you Kieran.”

“We very much enjoyed our trip to the store to buy some new kayaks and equipment. Staff member Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us through choices of spray decks, buoyancy aids, paddles etc. She took into account our needs and requests balancing style, quality and cost. Another staff member was also very helpful in fitting our upright bars to the roof bars and loading up our kayaks on the car! Can't wait to get on the water!”

“I visited the store after online shopping as I wanted to try the kit before purchasing. I also used the online chat bot to speak with Ellen as I had lots of questions. Ellen provided lots of great information as I have been off the water for about 10 years. I purchased most kit now but still need the boat - I will be back soon for it Great help online and in store. I should also add I was pointed to Go Kayaking by someone who works at Pyrahna head office and I can see why. When I need K kit I know where I need to go”
