“Excellent product that exceeded my expectations in every respect. The delivery was well arranged, and incredibly fast. So, Gobi is a fantastic company with great items and relatively low prices. I will certainly buy again.”

“I bought one item online. However it’s never delivered. Although they confirmed by a shipping company the item was failed to delivered, they’re still refusing the refund. The demanded me sigh THE DECLARATION over the email, instead. They know I paid a full amount. They know the item was not delivered. It’s their legal obligation to pay back. It’s the worst online shopping experience by far.”

“I like the sweaters which I bought 2 years ago in Ulan Bator. Very high cashmere quality. The ones which I now bought online here in Germany do not have the same quality. I would rather pay a bit more and have better cashmere quality.”

“Super soft and warm! Love my jumpers and can wear them with just a cami underneath as they don’t itch. Love the socks as well, they are perfect for the house. Reasonable price for high quality cashmere. Thank you!”

“Sehr geerte Damen und Herren, ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie die schöne Produkte nicht mehr in Plastiktüten schicken würden, sondern in einer Papiertüte. Die Zeiten ändern sich ständig und man muss etwas gutes für die Natur, und dementsprechen für uns selbst, machen. Die Umstellung auf Papier haben auch andere Firmen geschaft, ich bin mir sicher, dass Sie es auch tun können und sollten Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Denisa Falamas”
