“The product is really nice, good quality. What I didn't like was the payment problems and needed to contact PayPal to get my money back. Didn't get much help from Gobi company, which I was really disappointed. Also that you offered me 10£ gift card due the problem. 10£!! do you think I'll ever buy anything from Gobi as the problem was not handled as it should for customer and you offer 10£ for many hours work for me to get money back!”

“Order no.ORDER UK2867...appalling that the the customer service is non-existant on returns. Shockingly bad!! The online returns portal doesn't work and have had no answer to my emails. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone in Germany. It's a shame as the product is very nice but now would unfortunately not recommend.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your lovely comment on the product. Due to the environmental issue, we don't send out the return slip in the package. “The sizing of your sweaters is far too small, I ordered large size for a man but the sweater was only the size for a ladies medium. The quality was very good but far too expensive. I used the sweater as a gift for a young girl so it was not wasted.”
