“I have kept the Cocoa jumper from this order even though it is a very different colour from that shown on your website. It is much darker. You have a lot of lovely colours but one cannot order with confidence if the colour reproduction is poor and the shipping cost so high. Personally I would rather be offered free shipping than a free hat or socks for which I have no use. The fit is good and particularly snug around the neck.”

“Sehr geehrtes Gobiteam ! Ich habe wiederholt Schals, Loungewear und Pullis gekauft, wir waren mit den Artikeln sehr zufrieden, die Sendung kam immer prompt, die Qualität hat ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis,die klassischen Schnitte passen gut. Einzig der Abrieb bei den Socken hat mich etwas enttäuscht, aber das Tragegefühl ist wunderbar.”

“Auch wenn ich einen Schal und mein Mann einen Pullover behalten hat, ist die Ausbeute gering. Mir gefallen die Schnitte nicht und die tatsächlichen Farben sind zum Teil deutlich anders als im Internet. Auch die schwarzeinfärbungen sind eher grauschwarz als schwarz. Dann war mir nicht klar, wie ich mit den "Geschenken" umgehe. Ich hatte gelesen, dass ich sie zurückschicken muss, wenn ich Sachen zurückgebe. Aber zwei haben ich ja auch behalten?”

“I purchased gloves, a beanie hat and a men's v-neck sweater from Gobi. The quality of the cashmere is excellent and I'm particularly happy with the gloves and hat. The sweater, however, is rather large for a size small - I invariably wear a size small in sweaters, but I would have needed an extra small in terms of Gobi sizing in order to get a perfect fit; as it is, it's a fine sweater, but unfortunately rather loose in the underarm/chest area.”

“Wunderbar weicher Kaschmir. Augenscheinlich gute Verarbeitung, jedoch noch keine Trageerfahrung. Preis - Leistung sehr gut. Internetauftritt, bzw. Online-Bestellung nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich, da einmal ein Produkt angetippt ich keine Rückgängigfunktion gefunden habe. Bekomme jetzt zwei identische E-Mails”

“Gobi US’s customer service for returns is the worst I have ever seen in my many years of online shopping. No communication from Gobi and no refund. My order (6308) arrived on 21 September and as the colour wasn’t right I tried to request a return through the return portal on the same day. The portal kept telling me that my return could not be accepted, even though I was clearly within the 14 day returns window. I emailed Gobi US several times to seek assistance with how to return my order and then tried to phone during California business hours but no response. In order to meet the 14 day returns period, I posted the order back via tracked, registered, express mail (costing me AUD$50) and emailed Gobi US before and after doing so to inform them. I know from the tracking information that my package was delivered to Gobi US two weeks ago, but I have still heard nothing and my emails continue to go unanswered. My most recent email was sent a week ago to support-1@gobicashmere.com which is the contact email suggested by Gobi US in response to other poor reviews, but still no answer. Appalling.”
