“I bought the timber to rebuild a pergola that I first built from timber from Harlows 32 years ago - testament itself to its quality. The order was delivered by a very friendly, happy, helpful and inquisitive chap. My only negative comment is to say that delivery was "aimed" at a certain date and although it did arrive on that date it would have been helpful to have had notification by say a phone call or text to give more certainty to the process.”

“Outstanding customer service. I arrived too early because I didn't realise Click&Collect orders may not be available until 4 hours after ordering. Totally my mistake, but the staff were able to fit me in & get me my timber after only a brief wait. They even trimmed it so I could fit it into my car. Everyone was so friendly & helpful.”

“I have bean dealing with Dave and Alex Richardson at long Watton now for a year or so. and I can honestly say these to are a credit to the company they go above and beyond to help me. and a special mention to Alex the poor lad i ask him to help me with a lot of problems that really he doesn't need to but he will still go out of his way to help so credit were credit is due to these to.”

“Unfortunately both order arrived damaged. I only order two pieces of wood for the top of a door frame. This ought to have been checked. However I was compensated for the damage. The customer service was punctual and delivery was quick.”

“As an inexperienced DIYer I found identifying and buying the fence trellis and capping bars that I needed really easy. The information on the website was spot on and the ordering process easy. The despatch and delivery was really speedy; I could chose a delivery date 48hrs after the order date. Delivery was as promised and the items arrived exactly as described and the quality was really good. I am a v v happy customer.”
