“First piece damaged. However after a quick email new product was sent out, I'm perfect condition without any issues or problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this company and will happily use again,. Darren Carey carpentry.”

“The sales advisor helped me out witth some custom cutting requirements, and didn't charge extra for cutting as it was only a couple of MDF sheets. Very happy! The delivery charge was quite a lot for my quite small order (£35), but, it still worked out cheaper overall than other merchants I looked at.”

“Ordered on the 17th June for delivery on the 24th however received a call on the 24th saying that they didn't have the product in stock and I could either have an alternative or they could order it in, although it would be a couple of weeks before it arrived. My issue isn't with their being no stock at the store but that the order was sat on for a week before it was decided that it couldn't be fulfilled. Still waiting for delivery. Would be reluctant to order from here again, even more so when the delivery charge is £25. EDIT - 2nd July - Following the above review left on the 30th June the issue was dealt with promptly and alternative products delivered. I was informed why the issue had occured and the actions that would be taken to resolve this, with delivery being made on the same day. In fairness to Harlows, once they recognised what the issue was they were very responsive and quick to resolve it.”

“On-line ordering easy. However when ringing to confirm delivery, the number of options was mind blowing! Who would have thought I should have chosen "e commerce" ? Also, no return call and no response to my email.”

“After ordering 3 x 4x2 marine ply sheets I received 3 items of different sizes. However this do not affect my project at all but it would have been good to receive what I ordered.. they did offer to replace the items but I felt it was a waste of good wood. Thank you anyway and I will return for more.”
