“Upon removing the packaging, the found the loft ladder panel damaged. I contacted Harlow thru the website and I have heard nothing back since. Not an edifying customer experience so far.”

“The timber was straight and true, exact dimensions as stated. Price and delivery charge were reasonable. The delivery was on time. So all good. I will use them again 👍🏼.”

“Wood is good quality and arrived in good time (within a few days) however, only 1/2 of my packages were delivered. The delivery label clearly stated 2 of 2 and the package containing my required adhesive, fixings etc were not delivered.”
