“Second visit to LW Depot. - Had a quote via a phone call to Sales- (Great no problem) However had ordered and paid for cutting 3 lenghts 4.2 meters of Matchboarding. These had been cross-cut (I feel as 3 together) - but 2 lengths had been cut from rear face giving the front face a splintered edge. Also on my first visit (could not buy 4.2m lengths) - due to a pack not beeing open- no stock - yet online showed stock @ LW - so wasted journey.”

“I had been scouring the internet for a sheet of decorative radiator panelling for a while but the prices were astronomical and finding something local to me was impossible (also I only have a Smart car so a 6ft piece of MDF simply couldn't fit! I finally found Harlows and was so pleased! I ordered the panel in the design I wanted and they shipped it to me in just a couple of days. The quality is very good, the price VERY competetive and the whole process was very easy from order to delivery. 5* from a very happy customer. Thank you!”

“Ordered 12 slats for laundry drying airer, something that places like B&Q don't stock. They arrived promptly and well packed. We Pleased that the slats were already nice and smooth and didn't need any more sanding.”

“Excellent condition materials, excellent service, fast delivery and placed at my back gate with care as I wasn't home, so they took that upon themselves to deliver an outstanding service from start to finish. I have no doubt that I will continue to use them in the future, in fact I will be placing another order for materials with them in the next couple of weeks..”

“I bought some oak veneered ply and some poplar ply. Clear info on stock and pick up availability and product was there when I arrived. Oak was great. One issue: I originally ordered Birch ply however, I was advised that the stock they had was 'not good' and that the poplar was a good alternative - I followed the advice, however, poplar, apart from being ply and quite light, is in no way a replacement for birch: it will not sand to a smooth finish, it sucks up stain and oil like a very dry sponge and it warps. I finished my intended product I will likely do it again with some birch.”
