“Although I have done several books before, the last one had problems (reloaded photos twice on a 60 page book). First time did not save. Second time made sure they were saved, but still came up saying blank pages. Inside front and back covers were blank. When I got books there were 58 of the 60 pages BLANK. Still trying to get it sorted out before guests arrive in June 24, who were to receive these gifts.”

“The quality of the goods recieved were great but the lack of being able to have the 2 items cohesively picked up leaves your record keeping & customer services skills in question, as well as a selection of photos I ordered a canvas at the same time, when I recieved the email to say they were ready for collection I asked my son to pick up for me as I was unwell, he was given the photos only & so I had to return the next day to collect the canvas... if the photos were labled , say "item one of a two part order " and the canvas labled say "item two of a two part order" , then anyone working the Sales/collection desk" would be awear of the need to check for other parts of a package...... you might even make it stand out with a red dot, or orange tag, the possibilities are endless !!! However when i mentioned this to the young girl serving she said I wrote on the second package that photos were included.... so she was half way to figuring out how this could work..... how simple would it be to put a little indicator on BOTH items.... maybe a little gold star.... I'm sure you have managers who would be paid enough to figure this out & even perhaps train the staff in this innovative way of reduciing the time customers have to drive back & forth to your shop face”

“You surprise me! I have tried to have my photos printed but the machines in Hervey Bay have been broken down. Photos are still waiting. As for a gift I have never ever recieved one. I must have BO! Normally my star rating would be a 5 but with no machines working it's as above!”

“Find it “reasonably” easy to use having printed about 15 books over the years. Happy with the quality’, however, the program they used a few years ago was much better, with more layout options. I was often told they were going to update the program, but they haven’t done so in after all these years, hence they are pretty basic layout at the moment, but still get a Pass from me.”

“The staff at the Photocentre Chadstone were very helpfu, cheerful and friendly Getting into the website to upload my mother's day photo however, was not very easy. It took many attempts before I was successful in logging in and then uploading the photo. I have had similar experience in the past with other photo centre purchases - I experienced a fair bit of difficulty to login, even though I have entered the right user name and password. “Ordered 2 photo enlargements. Arrived shortly after, earlier than expected, quality was excellent, brilliant packaging- no creases. Have just ordered 3 more. Pick up from store was an easy experience”

“I have used Harvey Norman Photo Centre for many years, both online and through the local store. The staff are the best, the service excellent, and the products are great. I've done mugs, books, calendars, sticky prints, and a few other things. If there was ever a problem they recitified it right away. And the prices are good, especially at sale time!!!”
