“Lovely outfit, and really soft material. I did take the shoulder pads out, but thats only because of my frame and they made me look like a linebacker. They were sewn in but did unpick quite easily, it might be worth looking into making the outfit so the pads can be removed, then its a choice to have them or not. This is not a slight against the outfit, I love it. x Thank you x”
“Most amazing customer service. I visited the shop in Lakeside on Saturday as I was devistated I ripped my favourite skirt from HL on a night out. I went in to ask if they still stocked the skirt as I bought it last year and was informed they don’t have it at the shop but to leave my name & number and they will see what they can do. I received a call 2 days later saying that not only did they have the skirt in a different store (very far from where I live), but that they will order it for me and deliver it to my address. Amazing that they remembered and made the effort to find the skirt for me. Not experienced customer service like it. Now I have my skirt on its way just before my holiday.
