“Very disappointed with customer service. The bracelet was a gift and I wanted to exchange it. Impossible to speak to someone. The message says a reply will follow in 3 to 10 working days. I decided to order the product my partner wanted instead and thought I would ask for a refund for the first one. The confirmation email going to my junk folder, I ended up placing 3 consecutive orders by mistake. I tried to rectify and cancel 2 straight away. Again, impossible to get in touch with anyone! I registered as a premium customer to access the advertised free return label online but it has not been possible to create a shipment. I am waiting to hear from the company about my queries...”

We are really sorry that you had this experience with your return.
After the delivery in Vienna, parcels are registered in our system within 5 working days.
The processing time can vary between 1-2 weeks, during which we take a closer look at your returned models.
In the event of a withdrawal, the refund will be made using the payment method you selected when ordering. With the various payment providers, the transaction may take a few days, but should be completed no later than 14 days after we receive your parcel. We will of course inform you via email.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will send the model back to you after processing has been completed. You will of course also receive an email notification when the parcel is dispatched.
May we ask you for a little more patience? :)

“I have not yet received the gift I purchased. I’ve had tracking done by FedEx and they tell me that it’s been delayed by customs in California, presumably due to the wood that is in the product but that could not be confirmed.
