Very disappointed with customer service. The bracelet was a gift and I wanted to exchange it. Impossible to speak to someone. The message says a reply will follow in 3 to 10 working days. I decided to order the product my partner wanted instead and thought I would ask for a refund for the first one. The confirmation email going to my junk folder, I ended up placing 3 consecutive orders by mistake. I tried to rectify and cancel 2 straight away. Again, impossible to get in touch with anyone! I registered as a premium customer to access the advertised free return label online but it has not been possible to create a shipment. I am waiting to hear from the company about my queries...
