“I'm still waiting for the correct dance shoes to be delivered. I was advised to order the incorrect size dance shoe, which had to be returned. I desperately need them as I've several festive dances coming up and only have my dance training shoes”

“First, the images depicting products are matching the product received. Secondly, the sizing&fitting part of the website has really useful info. In my case, the shoes fit perfectly! Delivery was done in a timely fashion, there was delay at my country customs and post office. Responsivenes to my inquiries were timely, to the point and very polite, containing nothing more than the useful info. Overall, the great custom experience and a definite recommendation!”

“I love the shoes. They are very comfortable, however the bottom of the heel is falling off in under 1 month and I had to have them fixed ( I have only worn them on the dance floor).”

“I have been wearing IDS shoes for many years and love them. They are one of the only brands that fit my wider feet properly. I no longer live near a place where I could try them on, so online is my only option. I appreciated the exact details provided on the sizes, particularly since returns would be more complicated from overseas. I did need to punch a few extra holes in the ankle straps, but that wasn't difficult. Otherwise perfect! Time from order to delivery was exactly as predicted during the order process. I used my new practice shoes yesterday... it was wonderful to feel the floor and have better movement control than in my old shoes while still feeling cushioned and comfortable.”
