“Communication was very good. I wasnt sure which size to order so asked for advice and received a prompt response. My shoes arrived quickly and they're a perfect fit.”

“My order was delivered in time, even earlier than I was warned by company about the possible delivery time. Shoes (round toe with strap peach satin standard, 2.5” heel, regular) are excellent, fit well, everything as ordered. Only thing I noticed is the slight difference in the size between new shoes and my old one with the exact same size and model characteristics. New one are a bit loose, but it still feel good. Therefore, I’m thinking for next pair of shoes is better to buy directly from International Dance Shoes or go to the dealer in order to have the option to try on shoes?��”

I'm always pleased with the quality of their shoes as I know their standards are very good. I've been purchasing ballroom shoes from them for over 35 years.”

“It was easy and straightforward to purchase dance shoes directly from the website if you know the size width, heels, and model that fit your feet (dance shoes are tricky). The shipping was quite efficient and secured via DHL. The only downside is you don't have much vision while the custom shoes are being made. But overall I would rank them 5 stars versus other well-known/high-end/pricey dance shoe companies.”

“The shipment was sent out quickly and arrived quickly! The was worried the shoes wouldn't fit, but their sizing guide was great and worked perfectly for me. They are such great quality and I can't wait to start using them! Would definitely recommend!”

“I placed my second order for shoes on September 9 and received them about September 25. I have a wide foot so they had to make them for me it was not a stock item. They are very prompt about confirming orders and shipping orders. This is important because I live in the United States and I like to know the status of my order.”

“Great shoes delivered fairly quickly. The finish is to a very high standard and overall I am pleased with shoes. I will still have to stretch the shoes as I have a very broad foot. I would love it if a 3X wide fitting were available in some styles, happy to pay extra. I live too far away to visit and have my foot measured so have to buy off the peg. I would recommend International dance shoes for service and quality.”

“I have many pairs of International Dance Shoes’ ballroom styles. They are the only dance shoes I wear. Besides being amazingly comfortable, I love the variety of styles offered. My husband (and dance partner) only wears International Dance Shoes’ men’s line and swears by them. We’re definitely fans!”

“The worst shopping experience ever, when I called customer service, someone told me I can return the shoes and I will get the shoes' price but not the tax, then I returned them, but a few days later, I got an email that I have to pay 70-80 for delivery, why they didn't tell me in the beginning, and she even blamed me that why I purchased and why I returned, it's always a headache to return! W....T....F? her name is Julie Reccani. Every online shopping business has a good return policy, and now I got blamed for why I purchased it. This company will not go far! customer service is bad, no internal alignment, the attitude is so bad, no sense of service at all! Compare to other e-commerce, this is the worst! By the way, the shoes are not good as well, can NOT even stand steadily！ How can i dance with them?”

“As far as suede shoes go, I’m hesitant to spend lots on a pair of dance shoes. And then my coach showed me her XG soled shoes and OMG.. these shoes have transformed my dancing and are worth every penny! I’ve bought Flavia and Mia both with XG soles, recently I bought a second pair of Flavia as they are my favourite style and after I eventually ruined the first pair. They took a while to ‘break in’ but once I did, they were amazing for nearly 2 years (would have lasted longer if I didn’t social dance in them too). These are my absolute favourites for training, performing, competing and I would recommend the XG sole to all dancers, especially if you mostly do shines teams, solos or duets ? Thank you IDS for your wonderful creation!”

“I bought Heather split sole, airmesh with a vegan sole. My main concern was getting shoes that were comfortable as I have a bunion on one foot. They are very soft so they are easy to wear and I am happy with them. I found the size a tad smaller than some shoes but not much. Delivery was about one week.”

“I order regularly from IDS for my ladies ballroom shoes. They are always prompt in getting them to New Zealand and my ladies love the shoes! We have been with IDS for a number of years now and no problems at all. All my competition dancers love the option of the glitter soles!”
