“I had ordered from you before and the plants were lovely. this time I was very disappointed. The plants were very ill looking and some had mildew on them. they are going to need a lot of care and patience to hopefully get them looking like healthy plants”

“All plants arrived on time and in great condition ( in the middle of 30° heatwave i should mention) really well packaged in their own separate secure packaging inside the box, not even a bit of soil lost from them well impressed A1 definitely recommend and will definitely order again ,and thank you for the free gift/plant that I got much appreciated at a time when everywhere else seems so expensive It didn't go unnoticed”

“Plants arrived smashed as were boxes but id put that down to the fact they use fastways for delivery. Plants themselves dont look in the best of shape too, but im sure they will survive their ordeal.”

“Great products and fast delivery. It's great has they use special containers for the plants so there not damaged on delivery.
Also customer service was excellent. On delivery 4 plants missing. Phoned up and answered within 30 secs and lady had the 4 missing plants sent straight out to post.”
