“I really Like Koala. They have my pets meds at a better price than my vet and they have automatic re-order. While they do send you an email several days in advance of shipping, allowing you to determine if you need the refill or not, you seem to be forced to contact them via phone or email to skip the delivery. I've done this and it works; however, it would be much easier if they imbedded a link to their email, or just provided the ability on their web site to allow you to skip the upcoming delivery on your own.”
