“I think this is a great program and I really like working with Koala, everyone i have spoken with in customer service has been very helpful. Unfortunately, I continue to run into a syringe shortage and auto refill date issue with every single order of Adequan no matter how many times I call prior to or with my auto refill notification.
We get 10 ml. of Adequan in 2 - 5 ml. bottles. Our care instructions from our veterinarian are to give 1 ml. every other week. I only receive 6 syringes when I need 10 AND Koala schedules my auto refill for every 8-10 weeks when in reality I only need a refill every 20 weeks!!
If we could get over these hurdles, I'd rate Koala as 5 ⭐️!”
