“We are only buying canned petfood (Purina HA hydrolyzed protein). Essentially same price shipped as PetSmart in store but don't have to go get it. However, Koala was out of stock for a few days and had to buy a few cans at PetSmart. Also, while Koala is trying to be elegant with the board sleeve enclosing each invoice in the shipment, I'd rather not have to sleeve to avoid the environmental waste and few cents it likely costs. Other than the above, the service has been excellent (although being a bit cheaper than PetSmart would be welcome).”
“I placed my order on 10/16. I called on 10/24 to check on it because it hadn't shipped. They said well maybe some item was not available. I feel I should have been notified. Then they said we will ship it out immediately. It didnt arrive until 10/31. I work for the vet office that I ordered through and this is not the service we want to provide to our customers.”
