“I am a bit upset with this current delivery since it was shipped ground in an unair-conditioned truck during a heatwave. The medication is supposed to be no warmer than 86 degrees!
Also estimated delivery was sent as Aug. 2 but then that changed & we were away till the 26th. So there was a delay in delivery & meds were held at the PO. (Which at least was air conditioned.) All in all this was a stressful delivery of my dog’s meds. I won’t know if medication was affected unless my dog gets sick with an Addison’s attack! Normally I love this company but I think you need to reconsider shipping methods in hot weather for medications that are temperature regulated.”
