I don't know how you can step up your game, but I think you will have to offer solid discounts (better than Chewy's 5% and Amazon's 10%) with this kind of service time to attract business. “Poor service. Notification about upcoming shipment didn't have a link to the site to check my order. No option to ship my order immediately (which I needed) and then shipping took 7 days - that is a crazy long time, especially when I was late getting the meds. Oh, and no 'estimated arrival date' which would have allowed me to go to my vet to get something while I was waiting. Just really poor experience all around.”

When asking for return and refund, they told me that since order sent already it could not be returned or refunded. Really!!! Cost of $200.00 is ridiculous and a ripoff! Next prescription will ordered ered thru Australian pharmacy @ a cost of $113.00! Same manufacturer. How can this be??? It is very likely that I would NOT recommend Koala Health for anything, poor customer service!”
