“I started out being very pleased and impressed with your services. My opinion changed when I signed up for the automatic refill. I needed to call to communicate directly. After doing so I immediately got an automaice email that was opposite of what was just agreed on the phone. I've tried to delay shipment because you fill AND BILL too soon. This is a common problem with automatic refill but I was disappointed to experience with you. For the most part I am satisfied and don't plan on changing but there are some communication improvents that could be made.”

“Koala goes the extra mile in resolving issues with prescriptions, and I'm a fan. My vet makes it hard not to use their on-line pharmacy, and I've had several discussions with them about what I don't like about that service. They nevertheless refuse to send prescriptions by fax or other direct means to other pharmacies, requiring that I obtain a hard copy to mail in. Koala has been helpful on multiple occasions with getting the vet to provide a prescription, and patient with me when the vet slows the process down. I wish the vet's customer service could stand up to that provided by Koala!”

“My only complaint about Koala is the package I receive has a lot of waste. Please ask client if they want the dog kerchief. To me it's just waste that ends up in the landfill. Also, no need to put the paper receipt inside a shiny cardboard sleeve. Just more waste. Thank you.”
