“I wish I could adjust how often my dog's prescription is refilled vs. having to email every month to skip or adjust the delivery date. Also, an occasional coupon for loyal users would be nice. I receive coupons from competitors all the time and it's hard to remain loyal/not take advantage of them.
Other than that, I love Koala Health for our dog's prescription!”
“Quick and efficient response. However, sending my meds thru the USPS not such a good idea because it invites theft from my rural mailbox. Also, please do not include any unsolicited thank you items like the bandana....we don't use bandanas so just something to potentially add to our landfill/recycle overload.”
