The fish toy included in the package with our cat’s meds had glued on wiggle eyes. They are a choking hazard for all animals as they can be easily pulled off. I found it in her mouth!
The glue is also toxic.

“Customer service on phone is good. Not so much over email. When I first started, the price was competitive and I got email updates. This last shipment, I didn’t receive notice so I didn’t know the money was coming out of my account and the price had gone up several dollars over what I could get elsewhere.”

“Excellent in every way but only 4 stars because every time I order a refill, you automatically put it back on auto refill and I have to call or send email to take it off auto refill. I ordered my cats medicine and before I even received it, I got an email saying the next refill was ready to be shipped!! No where on website to take it off auto fill. Very annoying. Otherwise great price, shipping and experience! Thanks”
