“The convenience of them linking with my vet is good; however, I do not like that when ordering online you are set up with auto ship and them storing your credit card information. I was able to call and get a one time shipment of my dog's medication and was told I could call back after I received her medication and get my credit card information deleted. I think you should be able to order online without auto ship and without your information being stored.”

“Koala Health is great! The only thing to keep an eye on is that all medications are put on an auto-refill, so if your pet is prescribed something as-needed you’ll need to email them to stop the auto-refill. Otherwise, shipping is timely, approvals are quick, and customer service is great!”
