“Much more convenient than getting refills from my vet. Medications delivered right to my mailbox. The only suggestion that I would like to see is a picture of the actual pills. I ordered Vetmetin without knowing how big the pills are. It's not going to be easy to quarter them much less get my 9 pound dog to swallow it.”
“My responses in email sent unanswered and I was sent more medication than I needed. I ended up calling after the order was fulfilled and told my email was never received even though I still have the sent email and verified it was sent to the correct email address. I have used services like chewy before and their online communication is easier and better.”

“No problem getting medication. Question I had a confusing message from Koala. Stating warrant from our vet Who is Dr Sims Cropwell Small animal hospital. Something about Holly's heart art class. Do you know what that would be or would I need to call Dr Sims office?”

“Like the convenience. Don't like that orders are automaticly renewed, and I have to cancel the order if I'm not ready for the renewal. The prescription is expensive, so don'yt want to pay for it if I don't need it. Responses to emails are excellent, however, so I guess I'll just have to get used to that.”
“It was a painful process but partially my fault. There was a lot of back and forth going on between us and the vet which caused some delay. I also had to follow up to ask when my order would ship.
