“Overall my first experience with Koala was good not great. My issue was their hours were eastern time and I am on pacific time so some of the follow up's resolutions were delayed if it was sent later in the day on either of our ends. I also feel that the time between ordering and delivery was far too long without an expedited shipping option to make up the time. This feedback is based on my situation of being low in my dog's meds, not wanting to pay the extra fees of picking up at the vet, and needing the meds immediately. I have ordered another medication and will see if it is a faster experience without all of back and forth (hopefully!). Their communication is great and all representatives I interacted with were very professional. Our communication method was email.”

“I appreciate the value for heart worm medicine koala provided. However, I ordered a 6 month supply and Koala, without my knowledge, requested a 12 month prescription from my veterinarian. This was correctly refused by my vet. It delayed my order a month in order for me to contact both koala and my vet.”
“I'm a little concerned when the Attan gets shipped to my house in Florida. When I order from Valley vets, it comes in a thermal iced package to keep it from getting hot. You may want to consider doing something like this.”

“The convenience of them linking with my vet is good; however, I do not like that when ordering online you are set up with auto ship and them storing your credit card information. I was able to call and get a one time shipment of my dog's medication and was told I could call back after I received her medication and get my credit card information deleted. I think you should be able to order online without auto ship and without your information being stored.”
