I was informed via an email at the end of the week that it can’t be auto shipped because that would be 36 a month and they couldn’t do it. No one called me about it and another week was lost until I could pay the difference of $9 so it could be shipped. Meanwhile I had to drive back to my vet and buy more from them, which is an hours drive total for us. I understand why it was changed but would have preferred a phone call rather than an email which got missed for days.
