“An important Rx was held as "pending", the Rx was called in directly to Koala by the vet so we were perplexed about the hold up. Turns out it was Koala that was holding it up over a simple question that an email or call to me or the vet could have resolved it. I had to call Koala, speak to varies reps until "finally" the issue was resolved. However, I had to take the initiative to call rather than visa versa.”
“You say you can change your auto ship and have 3 days to do so. I have tried to change it 2 times and no one answers your phone or replies to email and you ship 2 days later and don't bother with seeing if people need changes.
I am canceling and not using Koala any more. Chewy is 100% more customer service oriented.”

“It's nice the email before sending and payment. Also vert helpful when I call with help with prescription changes. Delivery is same every month. Cost is high but is comparable to any other pet medicine pharmacy. Apoquel doesn't go generic until 2026 then should be better priced but is the only med that has helped the constant itch”
“The pricing is amazing. I get an entire month of my 2 pets medications for a total of $4 compared to what I would get it at my primary vet or online pharmacy. The shipping at first was a little confusing, as it took a while for my pets medication to ship out, but once we were on auto ship, it usually gets delivered within a couple days. Customer service has been great whenever I've needed to change my ship date or had any questions!”
