“First time I ever ordered, the pharmacy didn’t leave an invoice to my vet and I had to ask for koala to call my vet again to request the prescription. 8 days after placing the order. Second time I ordered, the day it was expected/tracked to be delivered by 9pm and I never received it. It wasn’t until two hours later at 11pm, that I received an update saying it would be delivered by the end of the next day. Better updates and communication”
“I sent you email recently, cause you contacted my vet to get a new Rx just a day or two before my appt, then mailed me two additional bottles. Buddy had mild calcium deposits on his eyes as a result of using those drops once per day. Now he wants us to only use one drop in both eyes three days per week, along with an otc drop similar to Alaway twice per day - every day. I asked that you cancel future deliveries until I am running low, which will be awhile. I have a follow up appt in 2 months and asked if I could still return the new drops if vet tells me that it is no longer needed after that visit. I have not received a reply.”

“Took a full week for the meds rhe ER vet prescribed to arrive. And even there was only 1 of the 2 as there was some issue with being able to supply only a weeks worth of an antibiotic for an ear infection. Definitely not a full service pharmacy nor 1 that put my pets health and pain ahead of their own profit.”
