“Honestly not thrilled. I ordered and after a week of not hearing anything I checked the website. It said they needed me to ok the order as it changed from what I was requesting based in the dosage my vet rx'd. I should have been called or emailed immediately but I never was. I ok'd it of course and 5 days later I finally got the order and it said use as directed. My vet gave you the information so there was no reason not to have it on the label. Not to mention even with the discount this over the counter meds was way more expensive than me just ordering in bulk from another place. So first experience NOT impressed.”

Koala can definitely reduce their costs by reducing the packaging fluff instead of passing their costs on to the consumer.”
