“I’ve had some recurring issues talking with customer service on dates for orders to be processed/delivered. The team usually does a good job trying to correct but it’s exhausting/irritating that I have to consistently speak to customer service about it. And I do not understand why I can’t have two separate autoship orders processed/delivered on different days. My dogs started their meds at different times and have different amounts they have to take per day so the timing will be different and I don’t think I should have to pay to have one med early instead of just having two separate auto ships.”
“Koala is new to me but they are very good at making sure your order is on time and they contacted my vet right away . If there is an issue they help solve it! Meds are reasonable. It came in a really cute box with a note! Loved this!”

“We recently had issues with Koala and received medications late. Our dog needs his medication regularly to avoid Addisonian crisis. Unfortunately, he had his percorten injection late because of the delay in shipping/receiving meds. He started heading into crisis because of this and stressful changes happening at home. While I think Koala does well in some areas, speedy shipping is not a strong suit.”
“Prescription was received and was accuraate. I really detest the practice of making any one-time order a repeating subscription. It is not what I want and it is a pain in the whatever to have to try to contact your company to fix this error. Your e-mail is useless as well since your system detects any responses as SPAM.”
