“I have ordered twice now from Koala as recommended by my vet. Both times it took an extremely long time to receive my order for my pet's medication. Almost 3 weeks. It says fast shipping but they don't tell you that it is being shipped by ground. The first time I had to pay for another vet visit because the medication did not arrive in the quoted time frame. They are located on the east coast so if you live on the west coast good luck. I will be looking for another pharmacy.”

“The medication arrived on time but it was hot, the box that you sent with USPS didn't have any note that said medication ( keep in a cool place or don't put in hot place), I was following the tracking and waiting for it outside close to Mailbox but it was hot then I put it in the garbage, I can't give my dog a medication in that condition.”
