“very good customer services. Needed to return a large case, the DPD drop off doesn’t always allow large boxes so be aware of that if you have to return things. Customer services are aware and hopefully account for that.”

We are aware on occasion a parcel may be declined by a drop shop if they are limited on space. We always recommend larger drop shops for large parcels, such as a Post Office.

I can see on your order you placed your order in the late evening on a Friday and selected Next Working Day Delivery.
As we are closed over the weekend your order was processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. The delivery date of Tuesday would have been advised at checkout prior to purchase, and also confirming on your order confirmation email.
