“One attempt at delivery and then parcel left at a not-so-local store to collect. Emailed to ask for re-delivery, no reply but they do email to ask for a review! Complete absence of customer service, canโt recommend.”

We first recieved an email from you on 07.09. As this is a Saturday and we are closed over the weekend we responded to you the next working day (Monday 09.09).
From our communications we discovered the email you were contacting was DPD's non-response email address, rather that DPD Customer Service or us, Luggage Superstore. This is why you did not receive any responses.
As explained during our communications DPD policy is only one delivery attempt has to be made before they can redirect the parcel to a local pick up shop within one mile from the delivery address.
We were able to resolve this matter for you with a full refund.

Hi Shirley,
I am sorry to see you have provided a 1 star review. I can see from notes on your order that your delivery was made ten minutes prior to our request to leave a review, however your husband had not made you aware the delivery had been made yet. Our notes state you were going to contact your husband and then get back in touch if the order had not arrived. We did not hear back from you, therefore we presume delivery was made as expected.
Delivery was made one day ahead of schedule on the 29th August when delivery was estimated for the 30th August.

“Bought a Radley trolley dolly for a 40th Birthday present on 28th September. It arrived very well packaged and haven't opened the inner packing, since it will look better intact when the present is received.
