“Excellent service. I was unsure what size cases I wanted so decided to order just one Base Boost medium to check the size. Once received I decided to buy a second medium. Although the Base Boost was out of stock I purchased the Popsoda - although these were listed a different colours, they were in fact the same which I was pleased with. For the second case I did not pay for quick delivery but it arrived the day after I placed the order. Note I did make an initial online enquiry regarding how big the wheels were so I could get a better judge of the case size. However, your team was unable to help as this were not based at your warehouse - perhaps this is information you could include on case descriptions”
