“Well pleased with the luggage and the service from your company was very good. Only down side was the DPD driver who, when I asked him to come down the steps and not the drive as it had snowed over ice, told me he had been dealing with the weather for 2 days and he was 44 and he didn't like being treated like a child!! And to top it off, he walked back to the van across the drive. Fortunately for him he didn't slip. I won't tell you what I was thinking at the time.
